These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ct999i ("ct999i", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at ct999i.org.

By accessing the ct999i platform, creating an account, completing the ct999i login process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• "Platform" means the ct999i website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which betting and gaming services are made available.

• "Winnings" means any amounts credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome, calculated in accordance with the applicable odds or game rules at the time the Wager was placed.

Use of the ct999i Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. ct999i enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered accounts. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be verified through the KYC process prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of systematic betting or arbitrage.

4. You do not hold any existing ct999i Account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Players who have self-excluded from the Platform are permanently ineligible to re-register for the duration of their self-exclusion period.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering for, or operating the Account on behalf of, any third party.

To access the full range of ct999i services, including sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, ct999i Casino, and slot games, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ct999i Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. ct999i reserves the absolute right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason, in accordance with its licensing obligations and internal risk management procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct999i login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. The following security obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must not share your ct999i login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ct999i staff will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• You must ensure that you log out of the Platform at the end of each session, particularly when accessing ct999i from a shared or public device.
• You must notify ct999i immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ct999i currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. ct999i may add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect in the Account balance depending on the originating institution's processing times.
• ct999i does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction charges, for which ct999i accepts no responsibility.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are published within the ct999i Platform cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds from their Account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. ct999i does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• ct999i targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests received before midnight PKT on business days, subject to successful KYC completion and any applicable security checks.
• ct999i reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the transaction is of a high value or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any associated Bonus Funds.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the ct999i Platform, including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, kabaddi, and E-Sports markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the ct999i system and a unique bet reference number has been assigned. ct999i reserves the right to refuse any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds Accuracy: ct999i takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds are published accurately. In the event of a manifest error in published odds — including where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — ct999i reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Live Betting: In-play and live betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays inherent to real-time event processing. ct999i accepts no liability for interrupted connectivity on the Player's side resulting in missed live betting opportunities.
• Match Abandonment and Postponement: In the event that a sporting event covered by ct999i — including PSL matches and UFC bouts — is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to conclude within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that specific market.
• Maximum Winnings: ct999i applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are published within the relevant betting market and may be updated from time to time. In no circumstances will ct999i be obligated to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit.

ct999i Casino provides access to over 1,200 slot and table game titles sourced from certified third-party game providers. The following terms apply to all casino and slot activity on the Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game title within the ct999i Casino and slot library has its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable, accessible from within the game interface. • Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Players or exchanged for cash directly. Only the wagering-cleared portion of winnings derived from Bonus Funds is eligible for withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct999i Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with ct999i.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.

• Engaging in harassment, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at ct999i staff or other Players via any communication channel.

ct999i is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are enforceable by ct999i at its sole discretion:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts within the Platform to help maintain awareness of time spent gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ct999i Platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct999i Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any ct999i content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any ct999i content.
• Use any ct999i branding, trademarks, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the ct999i Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ct999i intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct999i's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct999i shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if ct999i has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond ct999i's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including Account security obligations.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, government action, or telecommunications network outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ct999i's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Either party may terminate the Account and the Agreement between them at any time, subject to the following conditions:

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ct999i Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified remaining balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by ct999i

ct999i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ct999i has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• ct999i is required to do so in order to comply with its licensing conditions or applicable laws.
• A Player is found to have been ineligible to register at the time of Account creation.

Where an Account is closed by ct999i due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account — including winnings derived from the period of breach — may be forfeited at ct999i's discretion.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ct999i's international gaming license jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ct999i relating to a bet settlement, account balance, bonus, or any other aspect of the ct999i service, the following escalation procedure applies:

1. First Contact: The Player should contact ct999i support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including their Account details, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting evidence.
2. Internal Review: ct999i will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
